Details
The most spectacular gorge in the Beigua mountains offers an intense and technical canyoning experience, combining verticality and fun, in a gorge carved into the serpentine stone, characterized by a succession of abseils and suggestive hanging pools. Considerate the most challenging canyon in Liguria, it requires good physical conditions and minimal experience with rope descent. Its numerous abseils and hanging pools make it ideal for the more sporty, guaranteed an extraordinary adventure immersed in wild nature.

Procedure
After meeting in Arenzano area, you will follow us with your own car to reach the parking lot near the canyon. We will provide you all the necessary material and we will walk along a mountain path for about 30min. Once we reach the canyon, we will get ready with the equipment, and the guide will give a detailed safety briefing before starting your adventure!
Once out of the canyon, we will walk 5min to the car, where we can dry off.

The rope descents will ALWAYS be done SAFELY but independently, so that you can really experience the thrill of descending the canyon! Jumps and slides are always avoidable and chosen based on the age and skills of the group and the individual.
If you don't feel like facing them, the Guide will allow you to avoid them!

SWIMSUIT
Ogni costume andrà benissimo, ma possiamo consigliarvi costumi comodi per migliorare la vestibilità e il confort sotto la muta. Intero per le donne e slip per gli uomini.
SHOES
Comfortable sneakers or light trekking shoes with a little grip are recommended. Canvas shoes, open and too heavy shoes such as winter boots are not suitable.
Your shoes will get completely wet!
ACCESSORIES
The accessories to take with you are for your safety and your comfort: towels to dry after the activity, elastic to tie long hair to be comfortable, elastic for eyeglasses not to lose them during progression and dives, slow to reserve contact if needed and necessary medicines.
